I conduct home visits and complete a thorough checklist based off your desired frequency ensuring your home is operating smoothly.

Everything can be customized to fit your needs.

Have a car or boat that stays behind when you are away?   Based off your needs I will ensure that everything stays fresh and fires right up for when you want to go for a spin.

Dread having to do chores when you get to your destination? From getting the house ready, opening shutters, setting up furniture, to stocking the fridge, I will make life easier for you. 

Same goes for when you leave. Pack up furniture, shut off water, take out the final trash collection.

Have a repair man coming but won't be here?  Need someone to receive a package or bring it inside? I offer coverage for any need you may have in regards to giving access to your home.

Are you currently building a home or having renovations done? With all the building going on, it may be hard to get updates on where things stand and that can be frustrating. I can provide you real time updates on your project and provide photos to show the progress.
