My name is Billy Ward. My family and I moved to Marco Island after one vacation here and have loved it ever since. It only made sense to become a Realtor® for all the family that would follow us. Being a full time resident and always out with my kids I would have neighbors ask to check in for them when they were gone. I have always had an eye for detail and a passion for building and fixing things  which lead me to offering home watch and handyman services . 

Whether you need to change a lightbulb, remove tile, or assemble some Ikea furniture,  I am the man for the job without a Marco Island premium added to the bill.
